Delivery Information
1. Deliver by SFExpress. You can select either collect at SFExpress Points or deliver to door according to your own convenient.
Delivery fee would be calculated according to the total weight as below. It would be shown in the Checkout page.
(Note : There is no arrangement for waiving delivery fee if purchase over a certain amount.)

Delivery areas only cover Hong Kong (HKSAR) and exclude : Po Toi Island(蒲台島), Tung Lung Chau(東龍州), Tap Mun(塔門), Kat O(吉澳), Tung Ping Chau(東平州), all Frontier Closed Areas (所有禁區). )
2. Collect at TheVetCentre by self. TVCShop will inform you via email/SMS/WhatsApp when ready for collection.
